Domestic US Orders
Upon approval of an eligible return, a prepaid electronic shipping label will be generated and transmitted directly to your email. King David Sling does not provide printed physical labels; the buyer is required to print the electronic label independently. Please note that original postage costs ($5.99) are non-refundable.
International Sales Exclusion
As international ordering channels are deactivated, we do not service or support cross-border return shipping logistics. All transactions must originate from and be processed within the continental United States.

⚠️ Exceptions & Strictly Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sporting and high-wear nature of slings, items that have been used for practice, marked, altered, or damaged by the user are strictly ineligible for returns. Slings must be in the exact condition received—unworn, unused, with original tags intact, and in original packaging.

Additional Exclusions: Custom-length slings, customized gear, promotional items, and electronic gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

📝 How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit Request: Log directly into your authorized King David Sling store account to formally submit your return request.

2. Await Formal Approval: Once vetted and approved, our system will email you the prepaid return shipping label along with explicit packaging instructions.

3. Unauthorized Shipments: Packages sent back to our facility without an approved return request will be rejected and permanently discarded. Customer assumes all associated losses.

🔍 Damages, Defect Issues & Quick Exchanges

Immediate Inspection: Please inspect your handcrafted gear immediately upon reception. Contact our support team immediately if an item arrives defective, physically damaged, or if you receive the incorrect product variation, enabling us to promptly evaluate and correct the issue.
Speedy Exchange Protocol: To secure an exchange swiftly, the most efficient path is to return your current item via the approved process. Once the return acceptance is formally processed, you may independently finalize a fresh transaction for the new product variation.

💰 Financial Refunds Process

We will transmit an automated notification immediately upon the arrival and subsequent manual inspection of your returned shipment to confirm the status of your financial credit.

If formally approved, the full product price will be refunded to your original payment infrastructure automatically within 10 business days. Please note that credit card institutions and local banking networks may require additional operational time to process and formally post the balance.
