Transfer of Liability: Once your package departs our facility and is scanned by the shipping carrier, ownership transfers entirely to the buyer. King David Sling ceases to be liable for any delivery mishaps, including transit delays, physical damages, or lost packages. The carrier assumes full legal custody.
Resolving Courier Disputes: If you experience an issue during transit, please contact the designated shipping carrier directly to file a formal claim. We strongly recommend using your tracking number to file a formal inquiry with the carrier.

❌ Erroneous Delivery Information

We are not liable for packages that become undeliverable or misdelivered due to incorrect, misspelled, or incomplete address details provided during checkout. Please double-check your coordinates before finalizing payment.

Should a package be returned to our facility due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the additional postage required to re-ship the item.
